The tray and the respective acessories designed by Atelier Marko Brajovic in partnership with Ana Neute, were created exclusively for the participation of Chef Giovanna Grossi in the Bocuse D'or 2017.
After a rich period of concepts and materials researches that could represented the brazilianness in the poetic kind of sense, we designed a tray and acessories inspired in a bamboo grove executed in copper and the holders in translucent acrylic.
The tray organizes and exposes the food of the Chef in differents planes of height opening as a shape of an amphitheatres in the direction of the jury, where it will be presented. The copper's maturity, plate's environment in a land context, embracing the colors and shades of the Chef in a dynamic contrast and highlighted from the rest.
